Paul Firman

Paul graduated from the University of Natal with a BCom LLB. After completing his articles at Stowell & Co he was admitted as both an Attorney and Conveyancer in 1987 and was appointed as a Director of the company soon thereafter. Paul runs a general litigation practice specialising in Commercial and Insolvency litigation.

Paul is an experienced attorney having been in practice for over 30 years. He has Right of Appearance in the High Court and appears as counsel in the High Court on a regular basis.

He has served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court for the past 20 years. Paul is a keen canoeist, mountain-biker and runner. He has previously served as Chairman of the Natal Canoe Club and continues to be involved in canoeing administration.
