Susan Ramchandra

Susan is a Director in the Agency Conveyancing Division. She completed her articles at Stowell & Co and was then simultaneously admitted as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2004. Susan became a Director in July 2006. During her university years, she graduated in the top 20 law students in the country and received Dean’s Commendations for all semesters.

She is a vital leader in our Agency Conveyancing Division and specialises in Sectional Title matters. Susan attends at the KwaZulu-Natal Deeds Office personally on a daily basis and has built up strong working relationships with the Deeds Office examiners.

Susan currently serves as an Independent Director of the KZN Inland Cricket Union.
